Toymaker's Workshop Restoration

This project involves the restoration and extension of a quaint toymaker's workshop sitting at the bottom of a garden in Manchester. The building is to serve as ancillary accommodation to the main house with a dining space, bar, bathroom and sleeping deck. The proposed works include upgrading the existing thermal performance to meet current standards and an extension with a sympathetic foundation design to avoid impacting existing trees.
