Office Manager role in our Chorlton Office:
Role Description
This is a part-time, flexible, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Chorlton.
The Office Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing our social media presence and keeping our website updated, assisting with communication and customer service, managing office equipment, and providing general office support.
There is potential for the role to grow into one with financial overview of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Create Suite is a bonus.
- Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
