The existing site consisted of the remains of two dilapidated stone buildings and overgrown vegetation. Proposals for 2no. semi-detached houses were granted planning permission in 2022. The proposed houses have two storeys and comprise of 3 bedrooms. The houses are staggered in plan, creating a distinct visual separation between the two. The proposals also included landscape and parking design
