The two storey unit was renovated to include seating areas to the front of the property and back-of-house facilities to the rear. A contemporary open staircase links the two floors, adding to the spacious feel created by the open ceilings at first floor.
The proposals also included the installation of a new commercial kitchen and extract equipment to the rear of the building. All windows and doors were replaced with powder coated aluminium, and sophisticated signage completed the building's transformation.
