Darwent Architecture were commissioned to review the commercial activities at Eyam Hall to develop an income able to sustain the upkeep of the hall for years to come. The study analysed the current rental units in terms of use and commercial viability. We also assessed the potential for a more permanent wedding / function suite able to hold over 100 people.
The eventual core project lead to the redevelopment of the Buttery and cafe spaces into a more attractive proposition for future commercial tenants. The commercial kitchen was overhauled and spaces re-jigged to enhance the operations and visitor experience.
